We offer the full range of special education representation, from consultation, IEP advocacy, Due Process, and federal court litigation. Special Education: The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”) requires public schools to provide qualifying students with disabilities a Free Appropriate Public Education (“FAPE”) through an Individualized Education Program (“IEP”) that addresses the student’s unique needs and is reasonably calculated to provide an educational benefit.
